The Microfluidizer LM20 high-pressure homogenizer ensures that 100% of your material undergoes exactly the same treatment. The result is consistently reliable results that include uniform particle and droplet size reduction, submicron emulsions and high-yield cell disruption. The LM20 processor contains an intensifier pump designed to supply the desired pressure at a constant rate to the product stream. As the pump travels through its pressure stroke, it drives the product at constant pressure through the precisely defined fixed-geometry microchannel within the Interaction Chamber. The LM20 processor is unmatched in submicron particle/droplet size reduction, cell disruption, high product yield, and direct application to process scale up. Applications include: emulsions, liposomes, cell disruption and fine-particle deagglomeration.
