Microfluidics Electric-Hydraulic, Model M140- K homogenizer for sale.  This unit is nearly completely stainless Steel for processing in sterile environments. This process-level system is designed for high shear rates which maximizes the energy per unit fluid volume resulting in uniform submicron particle and droplet sizes. It is also designed for inline cleaning.  The system also includes a hydraulic motor, on-board heat exchanger and inlet reservoir.

This system was fully checked out by a Microfluidics service technician a few years back and then never used because the project changed focus. The unit has a high capacity G10Z 87 micron interaction chamber that has never been used.  An auxiliary chamber (L210Z, 250 microns) is just upstream of the interaction chamber to provide preliminary homogenization.  The system is mounted on casters for easy transport.  A comparable system on the retail market would probably be around $150K and this one is listed at a fraction of that amount.
